How to use the WebApp
The platform has two clearly separate parts.
Consultation area (no login): this is the «public» part that anyone can open on a tablet or PC. Here you find the list of Activities with filters for age (3–5, 6–8) and environment (park, forest, beach…). Each activity has a full sheet: objectives, step-by-step description, materials, educator role. The same area includes Sounds (audio player for guided listening), the Gallery (photos from outings) and this Handbook.
Reserved area (with login): after logging in with the credentials provided by the admin, from the Dashboard you can add new activities, upload images and sounds, and write notes linked to an activity or an image. Notes stay internal to the team: they are for documenting observations and are not visible to families. Tip: use the Activities and Handbook sections often before outings; use the reserved area to prepare and update content.
